★Shawan Ancient Town（沙湾古镇）
Shawan Ancient Town was built in the Song Dynasty(960-1279) with a history of more than 800years. The town is located along the sandy bay, thus it is named as Shawan (Sandy Bay)Town.Strolling on the tranquil street, you can appreciate the traditional agriculture of this ancient town and admire fine art sculptures such as wood carving, brick carving.
沙湾古镇始建于宋代（960-1279年），距今已有八百多年历史。因坐落于沙质海湾之畔，故名"沙湾"。漫步于宁静街巷，可领略古镇的传统农耕文化，欣赏木雕、砖雕等精美艺术雕塑。
★Baomo Garden (宝墨园)
Originally built in the late Qing Dynasty on five acres of land, Baomo Garden suffered severe damage in the mid‑ 20th century. Reconstructed from 1995 in four phases over eight years, it now covers 168 acres (about 100,000 m²). The garden blends the culture of upright officials, classical Lingnan architecture, garden art, and Pearl River Delta water‑town scenery. Visitors can stroll among pavilions, bridges, and tranquil ponds while admiring exquisite pottery, murals, and wood carving.
宝墨园始建于清末，原占地五亩，二十世纪中期损毁严重。1995年起分四期重建，历时八载，现占地168亩（约10万平方米）。园内汇聚清官文化、岭南古建、园林艺术及珠三角水乡景致，游客可徜徉亭台桥榭与静池之间，鉴赏陶塑、壁画、木雕等珍品。
★The 2026 Greater Bay Area Lantern Carnival（2026 年粤港澳大湾区灯会）
The 2026 Greater Bay Area Lantern Carnival will be held in Nansha, Guangzhou, from February 10 to May 10. It is China's largest in scale, lantern count, duration, and participating cities. This year’s edition introduces an open call for artistic creations, gathering over 3,000 artists to present 11 selected large-scale works. Visitors can explore more than 218 light displays and 200,000 lantern ornaments, enjoy over 2,000 regional delicacies, browse 1,000+ New Year's gifts, and experience upwards of 1,000 performances and traditional folk activities—including Lantern Festival displays, Guangdong Piaose, Yingge Dance, and Cantonese Opera. Spanning 870 acres across Puzhou Garden, Nansha Tin Hau Temple, and Nansha Coastal Park, the carnival features a main route exceeding three kilometers, showcasing elements from all 11 Greater Bay Area cities, meticulously crafted by over 1,000 intangible cultural heritage artisans.
2026年粤港澳大湾区灯会将于2月10日至5月10日在广州南沙举行。本届灯会规模、灯组数量、展期长度及参与城市数量均创全国之最，首次公开征集艺术创作，汇聚三千余位艺术家共同呈现11组精选大型作品。游客可观赏218组以上灯景与20万盏灯饰，品尝超2000种地域美食，选购千余款年礼，体验逾千场演艺及民俗活动——包括元宵灯展、广东飘色、英歌舞、粤剧等。灯会横跨蒲洲花园、南沙天后宫、南沙滨海公园三大片区，总面积达870亩，主线绵延三公里以上，由超千名非遗匠人精心打造，全方位展现粤港澳大湾区11城特色元素。
